Important Message Regarding New Improved Credit Card Online Account Access

For our members’ convenience, we have created a more streamlined viewing link to access your credit card account history.  Note that when you log into EASI, you will no longer be able to access complete credit card information by clicking on the “account access” screen.  Please follow the process outlined below to access your credit card account:

After clicking on the “account access” screen and then clicking on your credit card account, you will see that some fields like APR, next payment due date and account history are no longer accessible.  In order to view the new, streamlined account access panel for your credit card, you will need to click on the eighth link at the top of your screen, which reads, “online credit cards”.  Once you click on this link, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number.  Once you type your 16 digit card number, you will be asked to enter the last four digits of your social security number.  After you have entered the last four digits of your social security number, you will be able to access complete account history, transaction detail, and your credit card information summary.  Please be reminded that payments now post to your credit card within 2 business days rather than immediately.  Please allow a few days for your payment and updated balance to be displayed online.  Note that as a result of our recent credit card upgrade, your visa loan number has been changed.  This change has no impact to your loan account with ASI Federal Credit Union.  Additionally as a result of the upgrade, cash advances from credit cards may only be performed in ASI branches by presenting a visa card to an ASI staff member.  Cash advance fees are now 3% of the cash advance amount with a minimum of $5.00.
