Out-of-Band Authentication to provide you great protection from fraudulent online access to your account information.
If you log into Online Banking from a new or unrecognizable computer, or from a geographic area not normally used by you, we will ask you to verify your identity. Routinely initiated by a series of security questions and answers, you will now be able to receive a unique four-digit code via text or phone call to confirm your identity. By using this identity verification method, we are adding an extra level of protection from fraud, account takeover, and identity theft.
